We’re about to tackle the issue of waste – from composting toilets to composting food, reducing packaging and minimising waste. Skim through all or bits of Chapters 9, 16 and 29, and feel free to post any additional resources (websites, videos etc) you have found useful.
We’re meeting at 6,.30pm to cook up some dinner together – bring some veg or other bits you have, or let us know if you plan on trying out or using a recipe and the sort of ingredients you’d invite folk to bring. We aim to start the discussion around 7.30pm or so.
