Well, if our IGM was anything to go by, POW is well and truly set for a vibrant, enthusiastic, practical, proactive and supportive future! Thanks to everyone who attended and put their hands up to be more active. And an extra special thank you to everyone who has worked so hard to get us this far.

- Welcome from Mel. ACTION: write down personal story/ introduction to POW for website and media
- Introductions: All
- Adoption of Constitution: Alexandra moved that meeting adopts Model Rules + Statement of Purpose in place of formal constitution. Scott moves amendment to create a formal constitution at a later date. Rayna moves amendment for six month deadline on formalisation of constitution. MOTION PASSED with amendments without dissent. ACTION: Convenor to call meeting of the governance working group to begin work on formal constitution.

- POWcore New members to be added to POW executive committee: Angela Cassella, Lynelle Moroney, Becs Leask, Karl Fitzgerald
- Seedsavers Library Introduction to Seed savers library by Jonathon Pipke. Scott intimated that a cultural seed exchange program might be on the cards at Maribyrnong City Council. Emily proposed that POW develop a program that incorporates/ promotes the POW Seed Library. ACTION Scott to send info to POWcore as it becomes available.
- Website Update Luke presented the new website, on the verge of completion, everybody clapped and cheered.
- Rayna has completed entering existing members info into CiviCRM database Memberships.
- Katerina and Delia have nearly finished all the items for membership packs.
- Thanks to Craig Broughton for assisting with graphic design of stamp and membership forms.
