Sustainable Gardening Australia
SGA Workshops at Werribee Open Range Zoo

Hello  Melanie

Sustainable Gardening Australia is presenting four workshops at Werribee Open Range Zoo during Autumn 2010. These workshops have a Werribee Plains focus and are designed to encourage participants to become more sustainable within their own backyards and local community.

Each workshop will focus on a different topic such as sustainable garden design, indigenous plants of the Werribee Plains, creating habitat gardens for local wildlife and gardening techniques to deal with low rainfall areas.

TIncluded in the workshop cost are walking tours, that will be conducted in the Zoo’s sustainable gardens by local experts, to gain an insight into the sort of garden that people can aspire to.

Please refer to the attached flyer for details of each workshop.
