DESCRIPTION:It’s olive season! Our May skillshare is how to preserve olives 3 different ways: \n\nbrine\nwater and brine\ndry salt method.\n\nLearn about the methods and have a go at doing each one yourself. You’ll take home 3 batches of olives to finish the process and enjoy later. \nThis event is free. We’ll provide the olives but you must bring: \n\ntwo 2 litre plastic buckets\nclean cloth bag or old pillow slip\none kilo of salt – not iodised salt.\n\nBooking instructions: to let us know you’re coming to the event please register at Humanitix. \nEvent location: Seddon – we’ll email you the address the week before the event.
