SUMMARY:Yarraville Food Swap
DESCRIPTION:This is the first of what we hope will be monthly food swaps* at YCC’s Blackwood Street House (adjacent to Beaton Reserve)\, taking place on the first Sunday of each month.\n\nWe’ll also host a conversation before the swap starts\, on gardening\, permaculture\, sustainability and related topics. These talks will run from 9.45am for a 10am start. The swaps will run from 10.30-11.30am.\n\nThe focus for this month’s discussion is on SOURDOUGH BREADMAKING\, led by Sarah Rickard and others from POW (Permaculture Out West) and YOBBO (Yarraville Organic Baking & Brewing Outfit).\n\nThere’ll be some sourdough starter available for you to take home – and please bring your starter if you have any.
