Joel Salatin is the most famous farmer in the world. A self-described ‘environmentalist-capitalist-lunatic-farmer,’ he has empowered farmers and consumers the world-over to make responsible decisions about how they live and ear.
On stage with modern day hunter-gatherer Rohan Anderson, the pair will discuss Joel’s radical farming methods—which have revolutionised the way thousands think about animals, produce and life. Having authored seven books and countless articles, Joel has empowered farmers the world-over to control their produce from paddock to plate.
