Preparing Herbal Remedies workshop

Local naturopath student Trent Wrightson will lead this hands on workshop on preparing herbal remedies.
Using easy to find plants you will learn methods that you can use in your home kitchen.
Sunday 1st April March – 2pm until 4pm at Maidstone Community Centre
21 Yardley Street, Maidstone
Cost $10 POW members, $15 non POW members
Please bring along any spare glass bottles or jars to take home preparations. If you have any herbs growing in your garden, bring a bunch along and we can make will something to make with it too!
