Children’s Week Picnic 2010 – CANCELLED

The Children’s Week Picnic at Werribee Park was due to be held on Sunday, 31st October 2010.

Extreme wet weather conditions are expected across the weekend, and as a result the event has been cancelled.

Conditions will make the car park inaccessible and many of the day’s scheduled activities will not be possible as a result of the wet weather.

Instead of attending the Children’s Week Picnic, Dora the Explorer will visit the Werribee Plaza Shopping Centre (cnr Heaths Rd and Derrimut Rd) between 12pm-2pm on Sunday, 31st October 2010.

Wyndham City apologises for the inconvenience and event organisers are crossing their fingers for improved weather next year!
