Join nutritional educator Dr Kristian Ronacher and wholefoods chef Michelle Siu for a series of practical, informative and affordable lectures and cooking demonstrations.

This is not your standard talk about carbs, proteins, fats and vitamin/minerals. We will explore not only what you eat – but also how it is grown and processed, and the implications of this for your health. Each session will combine an interactive discussion and cooking demonstration to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to choose foods wisely and prepare/ then cook them.

May 15 Deconstructing Common Food Myths – which foods are truly great for your Health and taste good too?

May 29 Putting it all Together – making menu planning easy. Practical ideas and organizational tips to enable you to eat and live more healthily.

COST $40 per session. 3 free places are available for concession cardholders or people experiencing financial difficulty.

A healthy morning tea will also be provided.
