COPENHAGEN – Bear In The Square

World leaders passing Copenhagen’s Nytorv for the Climate Change talks could get a chill in their spines as they come face to face with a polar bear. In Copenhagen, the life-sized ‘bear in the square’ is an ice sculpture that will melt over the length of the Climate Conference, leaving a bronze skeleton, a pool of water, and a powerful message about the impacts of climate change on the world’s people and biodiversity. Better Place Australia today announced it has secured an initial round of funding of $25 million for its planned charging and services network for electric vehicles (EVs).
