Salary/Conditions: Full-time, two-three year tenure

People of exceptional character wanted for an extraordinary two to three year journey with almost one thousand young people. · Patience. Things don’t happen quickly round here!

· The ability to differentiate between a spanner and a shifter.

· The ability to procure a range of materials necessary for innumerable projects using a combination of persuasion, resourcefulness and opportunistic behaviour.
